Our systems and operational supply procedures ensure our components comply totally with customer design specification, and we provide relevant documentary support that the required levels can be maintained during the lifetime of the product. Quality records are available for your perusal at any time on request and First article reports are provided with all new production runs

Our commitment to continual investment in the very latest state of the art machinery further ensures we produce to the very highest of standards. DJJ continues to develop and improve its quality assurance procedures with on-going in house training supplied by external quality expertise, and with the assistance of the Welsh Assembly Governments programme to assist and support the manufacturing industry in Wales.

Our continuing focus and commitment to quality will also increase DJJ's accreditations during 2013 with the addition of AS9100 Aerospace & ISO 13485 Quality management Accreditations for the production of medical devices.
