Our range of turning equipment includes Citizen MS32V Sliding head, developed to produce sophisticated 'one hit' high precision turned and milled parts from 3 - 34 mm diameter , and accessorized with Iemca Boss bar-feeds, that provide 24/7 'lights out' production. This unique equipment machines components using two seperately active tools working simultaneously, thus creating complex components in super fast time. Further supported by the state of the art Citizen Wizard system, once your part is satisfactorily programmed into our systems, it is instantly recoverable for any future production requirements. Our Citizen Turning facilities are supported by a variety of CNC equipments such as Mazak CNC turning Centres with machining capability from 6mm to 500mm diameter. All machines have live tooling and bar feeders, demanding limited manpower so consequently allowing us to pass on additional cost savings to our customers.
