With a continuous programme of investment in multi axis high speed CNC turning and Sliding Head equipment, we can provide our customers with high quality and speedy production solutions.
With a range of equipment ranging from bar-fed Citizen MS32V Sliding Head machinery through to an extensive range of Hurco, Mazak, Emco CNC and conventional turning facilities, our production team can produce close tolerance component parts in any number of materials, from 3mm to 500mm diameter. All machines have live tooling and bar feeds.
Our Sliding Head machinery has been developed to produce sophisticated ‘one hit’ precision components from 3mm to 32mm diameter, and supported by IEMCA Boss bar feeders, provides for the added benefit of ‘reduced cost’, lights out production. This unique equipment machines components using two separately active tools working simultaneously, creating complex components in superfast time. It’s robust construction and user friendly high-speed control systems provide impressive machinery accuracy, ensuring we meet customers exact production requirements. Supported by Citizen Wizard Software, once your part is satisfactorily programmed into the system, it is instantly recoverable for future production requirements.
The combination of bar fed auto loading, flexible tooling and ability to operate ‘un-manned’ and lights-out, means we can address substantial cost reductions for long term batch and Kanban requirements.
Certificates of Conformity for production, material, treatments, surface finishing, PPAP and IMDS is provided with all production on request.
